Step 2: Access the GPT

Quick instructions:

• Access the GPT using your ChatGPT account.
• If it’s your first time, click “How do I get started?” for a quick explanation.
• Specify the city you’re targeting. The GPT will provide sample prompts for you to use.
• Use the prompt: “Create a table of 20 [business type] in [city].”
• If the GPT generates a table, great! If not, try using the same prompt again or start a new chat.
• Open the Information Collecting Template (Click Here)
• Copy the table into the template. The columns are already aligned, so just paste it directly.
• Repeat the process for other niches. For best results, avoid generating more than 20 listings in one niche within a single city at a time.
• Once you’ve gathered your data, save the Google Sheet as a CSV file and import it into your directory.
• To fully populate your directory, gather listings across multiple niches and cities. When used correctly, this GPT can help you collect thousands of listings.
• This GPT uses ChatGPT-4 and has usage limits for both free and Plus accounts. If you hit a limit, either wait for access to reset or switch to a different OpenAI account.
