REFUND POLICY

1. Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, your statutory rights remain unaffected. Information regarding your legal right to cancel may be obtained from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Except where required by law, all sales are final and subject to the conditions below.

2. Digital Product Acknowledgment

All products sold on our website are digital downloads.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Delivery is considered fulfilled once access is granted or files are made available for download.
  • Digital products cannot be physically returned.
  • Accessing, downloading, or viewing the product constitutes acceptance of the product.

3. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered within 30 days of purchase only under the following strictly limited circumstances and at our sole discretion:

A. Verified Technical Defect

  • The defect must be reproducible and materially prevent the product from functioning as described.
  • The issue must not be caused by hosting configuration, third party plugins, theme conflicts, browser settings, firewall restrictions, network limitations, or user error.
  • Sufficient evidence of the defect must be provided.
  • You must allow our support team reasonable time to investigate and attempt resolution.

B. Download Failure

  • You are unable to download the product due to a confirmed technical issue on our side.
  • Issues caused by browser configuration, antivirus software, firewall settings, hosting limitations, or internet connectivity do not qualify.

C. Product Not As Described

Claims must clearly demonstrate that the product materially differs from the description at the time of purchase. All such claims are reviewed case by case and are subject to approval. Customers are responsible for reviewing demo materials, screenshots, overviews, and samples prior to purchase.

4. Non Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of technical knowledge or experience
  • Incompatibility with your hosting environment or software setup
  • Failure to read the product description or system requirements
  • Business performance expectations
  • Time required to implement or customize the product
  • Misinterpretation of licensing terms
  • Partial use or download of materials
  • Requests submitted after 30 days from purchase

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must email fairydawn2812@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and include:

  • Full name used for purchase
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Relevant screenshots or screen recordings if applicable

Incomplete requests may be denied.

6. License Revocation

If a refund is issued, your license to use the product is immediately revoked. You must delete all copies of the product and related materials in your possession.

7. After 30 Days

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the date of purchase will not be considered under any circumstances.

8. Digital Delivery Clause

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are only issued if the product does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
